Six Motorola phones and 15 other Android devices are getting support for ARCore according to Android Police, Google on Thursday added a few more Android phones to the list of these ARCore-enabled devices. Also known as Google Play Services for Augmented Reality, ARCore is a software development kit (SDK) that helps developers create apps featuring Augmented Reality (AR). With augmented reality, computer-generated data is placed on a feed that shows the real world. Think of how Live View of Google Maps works while you’re walking and using the feature. Giant CGI arrows appear on the display above an actual feed from your phone’s rear camera. The most recent list of new additions to the ARCore roster was the fourth that Google has released over the past four weeks. earlier this month Google has added the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Pixel 6a to the list. Before that, the Galaxy S23 series was included. Today’s list adds six Motorola phones including the Razr (2022), and the flagship Motorola
